❓ 1. What is this app for?
This is a Digital Donation Receipt Management System. Generate receipts, track donations, share via WhatsApp/Email, and export data to Excel.
❓ 2. Who can use this app?
Admin - Full access (delete receipts, manage users, export)
Operators - Can add receipts, view records, but cannot delete anything
❓ 3. How to generate a receipt?
Click "New" → Fill donor name, amount, phone, mode → Click "Generate Receipt". QR code auto-generates for UPI payments.
❓ 4. How to share a receipt?
When viewing a receipt, use: WhatsApp | Email | Image (PNG download) | Print
❓ 5. Can I search old receipts?
Yes! Go to "Records" tab and search by: Donor Name, Phone Number, Receipt Number, or Collected By.
❓ 6. Who can delete receipts?
Only Admin can delete receipts. Operators CANNOT delete anything.
❓ 7. How to export data for accounting?
Settings → Data Management → "Export Excel (CSV)". File includes: Date, Donor Name, Mobile, Amount, Mode, Purpose, Collected By.
❓ 8. What if I forget my password?
Click "Forgot Password?" on login page → Enter username → Password resets to admin123. Then login and change it in Settings → Change My Password.
❓ 9. How to change my password?
Settings → "Change My Password" → Current Password → New Password → Confirm → Update.
❓ 10. Can I change my username?
Yes! Settings → User Management → Click ✏️ Edit User icon → Change username → Save Changes.
❓ 11. How to change Temple Name / Photo?
Settings → Temple Details → Update Name, Address, Photo, Prefix, UPI ID → Save.
❓ 12. Can I use it on mobile?
Yes! Works on Android (Chrome), iPhone (Safari), Laptops/Desktops. Tip: Add to home screen for app-like experience.
❓ 13. What if the app doesn't load?
Check internet → Refresh (Ctrl+R) → Clear browser cache → Try different browser → Contact Admin/Developer.
❓ 14. How many operators can I add?
Maximum 4 operators + 1 Admin. System will block adding more than 4 operators.
❓ 15. What payment modes are available?
Cash, UPI (with QR code), and Cheque.
